— La Redoute will show off its AMPM home line for the first time on the international stage next week. The brand's latest furniture and lighting will be unveiled during Milan Design Week at Milan's Spazio Big on Via Santa Marta, 10 from from Monday to April 21.

"AMPM's participation in Milan Design Week marks a milestone in its expansion into Italy, where it has been present since 2022. This presence underlines the strategic importance of the Italian market for the La Redoute group and reinforces its ambition to establish itself as a key player in the Italian design scene,” La Redoute's general manager, Italy, Loredana Fartade said in a statement.

In December La Redoute's chief executive officer Philippe Berlan told

WWD that the historic French companyturned-e-tailer, which has been dressing French families since the 1800s, is now working on becoming a European leader in the home sector. AMPM and the La Redoute Intérieurs line are integral to its home business.

Both brands offer a wide range of prices and products. For example, sofas from the La Redoute Intérieurs line run from about 300 euros to 3,700 euros, while sofas from the AMPM line run from about 1,000 euros to 7,500 euros.

“The home decoration market is more resilient overall, even if there are fluctuations. It's more resilient than fashion, which has been a very challenged market for many years. And then the second reason we chose this strategy is

that we feel this is where we have the best assets to succeed, with the development of strong brands such as La Redoute Intérieur and AMPM,” Berlan said in December.

The "Urban Nomadic" exhibition was envisaged by AMPM artistic director

François Bernard. The brand's 2024 creations include those by Emmanuel Gallina, who has worked with high-end Italian brands like Poliform and Ethic and collaborated with famed Italian architect and designer Antonio Citterio for seven years.

Overall, the array embraces nature and poetry, punctuated by playful pieces like a solid walnut Izag armchair in animal motif, designed by AMPM's design team.
