XQUISITE SIXTY SOLAR POWER / 60'7" LOA 26'7" MAX. BEAM

-

Hybrid propulsion is at the core of the Xquisite Sixty Solar Power. The power cat comes standard with twin 450 hp Volvo Penta D8-IPS600 diesels. The hybrid power option is twin 440 hp Yanmar 6LY and twin 100 kW e-Motion electric motors. The e-motion package includes a variable-speed generator and lithium batteries for silent operation on the hook and underway. Solar panels can charge the batteries during the day. The batteries can also be fast-charged off the diesels underway, and via the generator on the hook. Slow charging can be done from shore power or when running in diesel-electric mode. Xquisite says the hybrid solution helps reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions by up to 65 percent. Accommodations include a master, a VIP and a guest stateroom. There is a crew-cabin version, which converts the owner’s utility closet into crew space. Other options include an enclosed-flybridge version. Interiors can be fitted out with walnut, silver-gray and light-oak veneers, with fabrics ranging from warm and traditional to bright and modern. The galley is aft and to port with access to the cockpit. There is an L-shaped countertop, an island with stools, an induction cooktop and a side-by-side fridge and freezer. A U-shaped dinette is to starboard.

A fold-down soft enclosure is integrated in the hardtop. Note the raked-house design forward, creating a contoured profile.
