Yachts International will host two seminars during this year’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The seminars will be presented by Annapolis-based maritime attorney Todd Lochner (pictured). Lochner specializes in all facets of maritime law. He graduated cum laude from the Tulane University Law School with a maritime law certificate from Tulane Maritime Law Center.
