As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.
If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Jose Luis Benitez — Male, 40. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 245 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Jose Louis Venegas; Jojo Benitez; Jose Luis Vegas, “Raton.” Tattoos: “Benitez” on the back, “Ariza” and crown on the neck, “Avondale” on the chest, multiple on left arm, multiple on right let. His probation violation is for the original conviction of count one: possession of a narcotic drug, a class 4 felony.
• Leonard Lee Bohanon — Male, 42. Height 6 feet 1 inch, weight 185 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Lenny Bohanon. Tattoos: “Josh” and rose on left arm, “Josh” on left forearm, “Lenny” and praying hands on right arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: attempted possession of a dangerous drug, a class 5 felony.
• Valerie Sharon Tiger — Female, 45. Height 5 feet 1 inch, weight 210 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: Hand and feather on right shoulder. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor while impaired to the slightest degree, a class 1 misdemeanor; and count three: endangerment, a class 6 felony.
• Otoniel Diaz — Male, 45. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 187 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Otoniel Galaviz. Tattoos: “Israel” on left arm, “Francisca” and flower on right arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of count two: possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony.
