In Custody
The following fugitives who previously appeared in the Yuma’s Most Wanted column in the Yuma Sun have been arrested and are back in local custody:
• Jose Juan Cervantes — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for modified count one: attempted possession of dangerous drugs, a class 5 felony; and count one: aggravated assault per domestic violence, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on March 11 by San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies and incarcerated in the San Bernardino County jail in California. He will be extradited to Yuma.
• Sidney Ray Joslyn — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for modified count one: possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on March 12 by police officers in Greeley, Colo., and incarcerated in the Weld County jail. He is pending extradition to Yuma.
• Zuleyma Flores-Arzola — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one: attempted aggravated domestic violence, a class 6 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended on March 16 by police in Sunnyvale, California, and is incarcerated in Santa Clara. She is pending extradition to Yuma.
• Kiko Armando Luna — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count three: unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle, a class 5 felony; and, amended count six: possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on Feb. 17 by Imperial County law enforcement and remains incarcerated in El Centro, California. He is pending extradition to Yuma.
