Severino Rubio, 84, died March 20, 2017, at his home in Wellton.

Born Feb. 11, 1933, in Guanacevi, Durango, Mexico, he was an agricultural mechanic.

A viewing will be 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at Desert Valley Mortuary Chapel, with funeral services at 6 p.m.

Desert Valley Mortuary is handling arrangements, including cremation.

Phillip Richard White

Phillip Richard White, 27, of Yuma, died March 16, 2017, in Yuma.

Born July 12, 1989, in Yuma, he was a landscape maintenance worker.

Services are pending. Desert Valley Mortuary is handling arrangements.

Arthur Leroy Beebe

Arthur Leroy Beebe, 82, died March 21, 2017, in Yuma. Born March 22, 1934, in White Sulpher Springs, Mont., he was a member of the U.S. Army. Sunset Vista Funeral Home Cemetery and Crematory is handling arrangements, including a private cremation.

Patrick Killeen Hodges

Patrick Killeen Hodges, 90, died March 22, 2017, at his home in Yuma.

Born Feb. 21, 1927, in Yuma, he was a seedman in agriculture and a veteran of the U.S. Marines.

A visitation is scheduled for Friday at Johnson Mortuary Chapel from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a rosary at 7 p.m. A Requiem Mass will take place Saturday at 9 a.m. at the chapel with a private cremation to follow.

Johnson Mortuary is handling the arrangements.

Elva Alicia Amavisca

Elva Alicia Amavisca, 72, died March 16, 2017, in Yuma. Born Feb. 21, 1945, in La Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, she was a homemaker.

Memorial services will be Saturday at 9 a.m. at Desert Valley Mortuary. The officiating chaplain will be Joe Avila. A private cremation will follow.
