In Custody
The following fugitives who previously appeared in the Yuma’s Most Wanted column in the Yuma Sun have been arrested and are back in local custody:
• Chad Erik Wichersham — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count two: possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on March 20 in Yavapai County and booked into the Yavapai County jail. He was extradited to Yuma and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail on March 28.
• Andres Valle — origi- nally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one: attempted possession of dangerous drug, a class 5 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on March 28 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Jessica Dee Hayes — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one: attempted shoplifting with two or more priors, a class 5 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended on March 28 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Courtni Rae Anderson — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count two: possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended on March 22 an incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
