As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• April Bridget Barker — Female, 46. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 140 pounds. Brown hair, blue eyes. Aliases: April Key. Tattoos: Sun on lower back. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count three: theft of a credit card, a class 6 felony; count four: theft, a class 6 felony; and count six: theft, a class 6 felony.
• Virgilio Perez — Male, 29. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 152 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Virgil Velez; Virgilio Velez; JR Perez. Tattoos: “PEREZ” on left forearm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: possession of marijuana, a class 6 felony; and, count three: refusing to give a name, a class 2 misdemeanor.
• Gabriel Gomez — Male, 34. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 214 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: X Kloudy; Gabe. Tattoos: Asian letters on left leg, “Johnna” on left arm, and red lips on right wrist. His probation violation is for the original conviction of count two: possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a class 6 felony.
