As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Luis Angel Vargas — Male, 26. Height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 135 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Mikey Vargas. Tattoos: “Nena” on the chest, star on left wrist, marijuana leaf and “4:20” on left arm, Patriots football team symbol on left hand, and “Vargas” on right arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of count two: criminal trespass in the first degree, a class 6 felony.
• Gabriel Anthony Miranda — Male, 22. Height 6 feet 2 inches, weight 179 pounds. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Tattoos: Female figure, rose, “Miranda” and “Keep Your Eyes Open” on the chest, clock with Roman numerals, clown and stars on left arm, “DT,” “San Luis” and “Trust” on left wrist. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: attempted burglary in the second degree, a class 4 felony.
• Alejandro Bustamante — Male, 28. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 170 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Alejandro Bustamante Juarez; Alex. Tattoos: Picture of Jesus Christ on left arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of count two: possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a class 6 felony.
• Jennifer Padilla — Female, 23. Height 5 feet 3 inches, weight 105 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: Stars and feathers on the abdomen, “2” on left hand, blue and red stars on the neck, and a star on right wrist. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: attempted aggravated domestic violence, a class 6 felony.
