In Custody
The following fugitives who previously appeared in the Yuma’s Most Wanted column in the Yuma Sun have been arrested and are back in local custody:
• Jesus Daniel Sanchez — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count one: unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle, a class 5 felony, count three: criminal damage, a class 6 felony and amended count one: attempted misconduct involving weapons, a class 5 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 16 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Katie Eagle — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count two: possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 16 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Shawn Michael Tavender — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count two: disorderly conduct per domestic violence, a class 1 misdemeanor. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 10 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Kevin Alexander Olmeda — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count one: disorderly conduct with a weapon, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 17 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
