As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.
If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Christopher Adam Rogers — Male, 32. Height 6 feet, weight 193 pounds. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Tattoos: “Family” on left forearm, “God” on right forearm, and “SoCal” on right calf. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: attempted aggravated assault (domestic violence), a class 5 felony.
• Alejandro Acosta — Male, 36. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 148 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “LA” on left arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of modified count one: attempted aggravated assault, a class 4 felony.
• Vanessa Ann Alvarez — Female, 29. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 175 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “In Loving Memory of…” on left arm, “BSR” on the neck, and tribal design on right arm. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count two: attempted theft, a class 6 felony.
• Keith Ryan Brown — Male, 34. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 140 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “Wood” and “KRB” on right elbow, sleeved on right arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count two: attempted forgery, a class 5 felony.
