In Custody
The following fugitives who previously appeared in the Yuma’s Most Wanted column in the Yuma Sun have been arrested and are back in local custody:
• Carilynn Wilson — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count three: possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 24 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Gabriel Gomez — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count two: possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 24 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Nicholas Alfredo Plata — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count one: aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, a class 4 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on Jan. 11 by San Diego County law enforcement and extradited to the Yuma County jail on April 24.
• Marvin Albert Leivas — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one: attempted aggravated domestic violence, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 19 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
