In Custody
The following fugitives who previously appeared in the Yuma’s Most Wanted column in the Yuma Sun have been arrested and are back in local custody:
• Ronnie Bohanon — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one, attempted taking the identity of another, a class 5 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 27 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Jennifer Padilla — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one, attempted aggravated domestic violence, a class 6 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 26 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Luis Angel Vargas — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count two, criminal trespass in the first degree, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on April 287 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• April Bridget Barker — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count three, theft of a credit card, a class 6 felony; count four, theft, a class 6 felony; and count six, theft, a class 6 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended on May 1 in San Diego County and incarcerated in the San Diego County jail. She awaits extradition to the Yuma County jail.
