As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Todd Williamson Dorris — Male, 39. Height 6 feet 1 inch, weight 165 pounds. Red hair, blue eyes. Tattoos: Celtic symbol on right elbow, and a ram on right shoulder. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: attempted possession of a dangerous drug, a class 5 felony; and count one: possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a class 6 felony.
• Antonio Contreras — Male, 43. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 150 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Jesus Martinez; Antonio Medina; Antonio Mendoza. Tattoos: Praying hands, “God Bless you mom” and “Tony” on the chest, “C” and “MM” on left hand, “Laura” on the neck, “Contreras,” Aztec man, Aztec sun and 3 women on the back. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: attempted possession of dangerous drugs involving methamphetamine, a class 6 felony.
• Felicia Contreras Laird — Female, 38. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 165 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Felicia Rodriguez; Felicia Jimenez. Tattoos: Flowers, birds and skull on the back, cat, old woman, bird and stars on the chest, cross on left ankle, cherry blossom tree on right foot, parrot on right thigh, and “Mark” on right forearm. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of count two: possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony.
• Ruben Francisco Garcia — Male, 40. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 208 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Ruben Andy Padilla. Tattoos: Star on the face, Libra sign on left ear, star on right ear, “Garcia” on the back, dragon on the neck, and “Money over B----” on the chest. His probation violation is for the original conviction of count two: possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a class 6 felony.
