In Custody
The following fugitives who previously appeared in the Yuma’s Most Wanted column in the Yuma Sun have been arrested and are back in local custody:
• Alejandro Corona — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count one: misconduct involving weapons, a class 4 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on May 29 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Annette Ruby Encinas — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one: attempted possession of dangerous drugs, a class 5 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended on May 28 and
incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Anthony Seymour
Quintero — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one: attempted burglary in the second degree, a class 4 felony, and count two: possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on May 27 and incarcerated in the Yuma
County jail. • Philbert Jones Miller
Jr. — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count two: possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on May 30 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
