WHEN: 9 a.m. today through 5 p.m. July 15 WHERE: Yuma County Libraries GOING ON: Bring in cans of food to pay for your overdue fines; $1 in overdue fines will be cleared for every 10 oz. (or larger) can of food; only labeled cans accepted, no glass jars, or tended or expired cans; all food will be donated to a local food pantry or assistance agency
