As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.
If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
Pernell Christopher Chevalier — Male, 47. Height 6 feet, weight 225 pounds. Brown hair, blue eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony.
Esteban Escalante — Male, 25. Height 5 feet 1, 150 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted burglary in the third degree, a Class 5 felony.
Leondre Montrail Richards — Male, 20. Height 5 feet 11 inches, weight 160 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Leondre Montrail Richards and Leondre M. Richards. Tattoos: Peace symbol under right eye; Tattoo of a bomb and a bee, 11-28-80, and peace, dollar and heart symbols on the left arm; rose with “Amora” on the right wrist, and “Richards” and a flower on the right forearm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of marijuana, a Class 6 felony.
Raelee Cornelius — Female, 35. Height 5 feet, 3 inches, weight 196 pounds. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Aliases: Raelee Conelius, Raelee Cornelius and Raelee Cornelus. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony.
