As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Lillian Stimpson — Female, 24. Height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 110 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: Image of Maine, Italian flag and “Stimpson” on left shoulder, crescent moon, heart, and star on left calf. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one, attempted importation of a dangerous drug, a class 3 felony.
• Gloria Alejandra Velarde — Female, 21. Height 5 feet 3 inches, weight 138 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: Crescent moon, eye, “One God” and “Fernando” on right forearm, “SM” on left and right wrists, cross on the neck, birds on the back, and infinity symbol on lower back. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of modified count one: attempted theft of means of transportation, a class 4 felony.
• Rodolfo Cardiel Ozuna — Male, 57. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 160 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Rudy Ozuna; Rodolfo Cariel. Tattoos: Serpent with woman on right arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one, attempted possession of dangerous drugs, a class 5 felony.
• Jaime Caro — Male, 32. Height 5 feet 11 inches, weight 207 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: attempted theft of a credit card, a class 6 felony.
