In Custody
The following fugitives who previously appeared in the Yuma’s Most Wanted column in the Yuma Sun have been arrested and are back in local custody:
• Marilee Morningstar
Hill — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one, attempted aggravated assault, a class 6 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended on July 23 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Francisco Javier Gar-
cia — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count five, possession of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on July 21 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Otoniel Diaz — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count two, possession
of drug paraphernalia, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended by San Diego County law enforcement on July 13 and extradited to the Yuma County jail on July 21. • Alan Milton Sandoval — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for count one, criminal trespass in the first degree, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on July 20 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
