In Custody
The following fugitives who previously appeared in the Yuma’s Most Wanted column in the Yuma Sun have been arrested and are back in local custody:
• Pamela Chire Hart — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for modified count three: facilitation to transfer marijuana, a class 6 felony. She absconded from supervision but was apprehended by Phoenix Police Department on July 31 and extradited to the Yuma County jail on Aug. 4.
• Jonathan Ibarra — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count three, attempted possession of marijuana for sale, a class five felony, and amended count one, child abuse (domestic violence), a class 6 felony, and count four, possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended on Aug. 7 and incarcerated in the Yuma County jail.
• Paul Todd Vanderlip — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one, facilitation to transport marijuana, a class 6 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended by the Phoenix Police Department and incarcerated in the Maricopa County jail where he awaits extradition to the Yuma County jail.
• Guillermo Felix-Aguilar — originally convicted and sentenced to a term of probation for amended count one, attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, a class 5 felony; and amended count two, attempted possession of dangerous drugs involving methamphetamine, a class 5 felony. He absconded from supervision but was apprehended by Calexico, California Police and incarcerated in the Imperial County jail where he awaits extradition to the Yuma County jail.
