Yuma County deputies looking for missing man

Deputies in Yuma County are looking for a 61-yearold man who was last seen more than four months ago at his home and is asking the public for any informatio­n regarding his whereabout­s.

According to the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office, on June 5 at approximat­ely 11:32 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a missing person from the 5600 block of East County 5 1/2 Street.

Upon arrival, deputies met with the reporting party who stated that the missing person, identified as Harland Rowland, 61, of Yuma, had left his resi- dence sometime in April 2017 and had not returned.

Rowland is described as white male, approximat­ely 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 170 pounds, with grey hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what type of clothes he was last wearing when he went missing.

The sheriff’s office has made every effort to locate Rowland but has not been able to locate him
