Pat Farrell carried teammate Anthony Quezada to a firstplace finish in the gross division of the Desert Hills Men’s association play at the Coyote Wash Golf Course on Saturday morning. Second place in the gross division went to Shawn McKeown and John Pflueger. Alex Munoz and Marc Grande took third. Bill Bort and Mike VanAllen were the net division winners. John Tate and John Wade were second net. The four skin winners were John Makin, Hermes Escalante, Dick McGlothlin and Mark Regonini.
Sandra Blair was the top winner in the Mesa Del Sol quota play on Monday morning with Garrett McKeeman taking second place. Raymond Throckmorton finished third and Bill Slade finished fourth.
Lola Stone was the firstplace winner in the Desert Hills Ladies play at the Coyote Wash Golf Course on Tuesday morning with Trish Steffey in second place. Loly Stone and Sue Janney were the KP winners.
Sandy Blair posted a net score of 74 to win first place in “Pinky’s Pick” play at the Mesa Del Sol Golf Course on Wednesday morning. The remaining winners were Gale Mabey, Mike St Clair, Nancy Holmes, Steve Parrish, Wayne Gunion, Bob Blair, Jim Mitchell and Al Johnson. On Tuesday morning at the Las Barrancas Golf Course, the men’s silver gross score winners were John Cullen, Mark Hammons and Larry Garrett. The net score winners were Frankie Allan, John Cullen and Carl Rigg.
Three teams tied for first place in the Moose Lodge scramble play at the Mesa Del Sol Golf Course on Tuesday morning with scores of 34. The teams were Bill Johnson, Neil Knutson, Shirley Patterson and Linda Weise; Ron Sodlink, Chuck Holland, Marisa Turck and Sandy Hoch; and Dale Hoch, Bob Peterson, Carl Christensen and Sharon Vanoni.
The 25th anniversary of Willies Couples play, each Sunday morning, will start Nov. 5 at the Mesa Del Sol Golf Course. Players may contact the pro shop at 3421283 for entry or additional information.

The net division winners were Don Kruse and David Henager. Marilyn Cotter and Sue Morgenthaler took second and Wayne Gunion and Nancy Holmes took third.
