After continuous efforts by sheriff’s deputies failed to locate a missing Foothills man, the agency is asking the public for any information it may have concerning his whereabouts.

According to the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 9:22 p.m. on Wednesday, deputies responded to a report of a missing person from the 12400 block of East Del Rey Drive.

Upon arrival, deputies met the reporting party, who told them that the missing person, identified as 74-year-old Keith Olsen of Yuma, had left the residence on Monday to go visit his daughter, who lives in the state of Washington.

The reporting party also told deputies that the last time they had spoken to Olsen, who was in the Sacramento, Calif., area at the time, was approximately 4 p.m. Monday.

Olsen is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 218 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. It is not known what type of clothes he was wearing when he went missing.

He was last seen driving a red 2011 Toyota Camry with Arizona license plate number WCKCZ16.

Anyone with information regarding Olsen’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office at 928-7834427 or 78-CRIME to remain anonymous. You can also visit www.yumacountysheriff.org to submit an anonymous tip.
