Cowboys, cowgirls, equines and carriages were in abundance in Historic Downtown on Friday morning for the annual Silver Spur Rodeo Parade, which kicked off the Yuma Jaycees annual rodeo. This year’s theme focused on the Arizona 5 C’s-copper, cattle, cotton, citrus and climate. The Wells Fargo carriage (above) heads downtown for the parade. A Jazz of Yuma cowgirl (right) waves hello. Members of the U.S. Border Patrol (bottom left) show off their horse-riding skills. Members of the Zariban (bottom right) do a trick for the crowd on their three-wheeled vehicle.
