As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
Sergio Carmona — male, 26. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 153 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “Miriam” on the chest. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted leaving the scene of an injury accident, a Class 6 felony.
Wayne Cooley — male, 49. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 184 pounds. Brown hair, black eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted aggravated assault, a Class 6 felony.
Joseph Garcia — male, 26. Height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 130 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: skulls on the shoulder, stars on the abdomen, and “Rosalva,” roses and doves on the left arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
Amberly Michele Sigala — Female, 28. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 124 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: three stars on the back, flowers on the left arm, “Noah,” “Mom” and Ashlee on the neck, tattoo of eyes on the left hand, owls and dice on the chest, and “191184” on the face. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of robbery, a Class 4 felony.
