A graveside service for Frank R. Brown, 85, will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Desert Lawn, with Father Paul Gambling officiating. Honors by United Yuma Firefighters Honor Guard and Pipes and Drums.

Born June 18, 1932, in Yuma, he died March 8, 2018, at Desert Rose. He was a retired battalion chief for Yuma Fire Department and veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Desert Valley Mortuary is handling arrangements.

Michele Suzanne Mercer

Michele Suzanne Mercer, 56, died March 12, 2018, at her Yuma home.

Born June 2, 1961, in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, she was a banker.

Edward Patterson Sivyer

Edward Patterson Sivyer, 67, died March 11, 2018, at his Yuma home. Born March 22, 1950, in Milwaukee, Wis., he was a heavy equipment operator and veteran of the U.S. Army.

Ralph Thomas Reusze Jr.

Ralph Thomas Reusze Jr., 66, of Yuma, died March 7, 2018, at Yuma Regional Medical Center.

Born Dec. 27, 1951, in Fontana, Calif., he was a handyman.

Lorenzo Gunnells

Lorenzo Gunnells, 54, died March 11, 2018, at his Yuma home.

Born Sept. 30, 1963, in Yuma, he was a construction builder.
