Yuma High School in 2008. She attended Arizona Western College during her senior year of high school to obtain dual credits. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northern Arizona University (Yuma branch) and her master’s degree in nursing and doctorate of nursing practice from Frontier Nursing University.

“I was born and raised in Yuma, Ariz., and I have strong ties to the community. I’m honored to be able to provide care and give back to the community that I was born and raised in,” Roloff said.

Growing up in Yuma, she was actively involved in sports and worked as a water safety instructor, lifeguard and pool manager for the city.

Her patient care philosophy is to provide care for patients “how I would want my own family to be treated. I also strongly believe in holistic care and treating the patient as a whole.”

Her clinical areas of interest is family medicine including pediatrics, adults, women’s health, gynecology and geriatrics. She chose family medicine because “it’s very unique and you can care for patients across the lifespan from newborns to geriatrics. I love the diversity it provides. I embrace the challenge of being able to diagnose and treat whatever may walk through the door that day.

“I encourage patients to find a provider they can trust. I always strive to really establish a good rapport with my patients and build that trusting relationship. I think it’s really important to have a provider that you can have shared decision-making with and I think ultimately that would improve outcomes and have patients trust you more.”
