As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Mark Stan Anthony Friend — male, 26. Height 6 feet 1 inches, weight 175. Blond hair, hazel eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted burglary in the third degree, a Class 5 felony.
• Tammy Lee Bayne — Female, 53. Height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 104 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Numerous including Tammy Mitchell, Kimberly Richey, Kimberly Ann, Deanne Rogers. Tattoos: heart with dagger on the back, mushroom on the left ankle and a gem on the right ankle. Her probation violation is for the original conviction possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony.
• Francisco Javier Ramos — Male, 36. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 170 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Numerous, including Francisco Rios, Martin Jose Ramos and Francisco Jose Rios. Tattoos: “Ramos” on the back, “Nasty Ways” and the Aztec sun on the chest, half sleeve on the left and right arms. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of a dangerous drug, a Class 4 felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
• Jose Carlos Higuera — Male, 29. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 260 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction solicitation of possession of marijuana for sale, a Class 6 felony.
