As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Neyva Andrea Caboga — female, 31. Height 5 feet 4 inches, height 180 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Neyva Andrea Gaboga. Tattoos: “Angel” on the neck, “Leticia” on the right forearm, “Josephina” on the left forearm and “Skylar” on the left leg. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of dangerous drugs, a Class 4 felony.
• Joshua Richard Anderson — male, 28. Height 6 feet 3 inches, weight 200 pounds. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Tattoos: Chevy, Dodge and Ram logos on the upper right arm, “Live for today” on the right arm, and “Tomorrow May” on the left arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
• Marc Stephen Brown — male, 46. Height 6 feet 1 inch, weight 214 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “Brown” on the abdomen, stars on the right arm and stars on the left arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted unlawful use of a means of transportation, a Class 6 felony.
• Ruben Hernandez — male, 25. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 150 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony.
