As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Juan Alberto Ruiz — male, 29. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 150 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: three dots on the left hand, “Z” on the left arm and “Ruiz” on the back. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
• Perry Darnell Amos — male, 46. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 180 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of vulnerable adult abuse, a Class 6 felony.
• Cynthia Uribe — Female, 30. Height 4 feet 11 inches, weight 94 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: skull, “Familia Uribe” and “SoCal” on the right forearm; “Nathan” on the left hand; three dots on the left wrist; “Noemi” on the neck; “Uribe” on the shoulder; and “RUN” on the abdomen. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of a dangerous drug, a Class 5 felony.
• Amberly Michele Sigala — Female, 29. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 124 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: three stars on the back; flowers on the left arm; “Noah,” “Mom” and “Ashlee” on the neck; eyes on the left hand; owls and dice on the chest; and “191184” on the face. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of robbery, a Class 4 felony.
