Bridgette Dawn Menta
June 21, 1979 - August 28, 2018
Bridgette Dawn Menta, 39, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 28th, 2018, by her side was her twin sister Angela.
She attended San Pasqual High School and graduated in June of 1997. Soon after graduating she started her career in the Indian Gaming Industry at Quechan Paradise Casino as a Security Officer. In 2004 she was hired for Arizona-California Surveillance Department. Bridgette transferred to the Q Resort where she was employed in the California Surveillance Department.
Bridgette is a True San Francisco 49ers Fan. She loved to watch the football games with her brother Lance. She also enjoyed cheering for her sister Angela when she played darts. Bridgette loved her nieces and nephews and they all were her pride and joy.
Bridgette is survived by her parents, Craig and Vivian Menta, brother, Lance Menta (Cynthia), sisters, Charlene Townsend, (twin) Angela Menta, nieces, Vanessa, Olivia Espranza, Alicia, Delphina Menta. Nephews, Ruben Esparanza, Jacob, Craig, Michael, Gregory, Gilbert and Lance Menta Jr., great niece, Lilo Ghiotto, Lilianna Gayton, great nephews, Anikin, Kylo Silva all of Winterhaven, California.
Bridgette was preceded in death by her brothers, Duane and Craig Menta Jr. and nephew, Michael Esparanza.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 4, 2018. Visitation for family from 1:00pm until 2:00 pm. Services by Pastors Ray and June Stillings from 2:00pm until 3:30pm. Traditional Services will be held at 4:00pm at the Quechan Cry House. Cremation will be Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 5:00am.
“Bob” Sunday Night Games will not be the same. You will truly be missed by all that knew you. Love you till we meet again.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Shepard and Sergio Yanez, Ruben Esperanza, Lance Menta Sr., Claudio Palone, Robert Shepard, Juan Villicana, Berry Comet, Ty Towsend and Ivan Allen.
Honary Pallbearers will be Mikey Silva, Wallace Dugan, Derrick and David Rainbow, Leon Rainbow, Randy Menta, Gary Menta, Don Menta, Merrill Kelly, Merrill Menta, Tony Mills, Travis Townsend, Troy Townsend, Walter Hall, Tristian Konx, Virgil Smith, Charles Montague, Norman Doug, Gordy Osborne, Alfred Tatro as well as the California and Arizona Casino’s Surveillance Departments.
