Local establishments participating in Small Business Saturday
The day after Black Friday is Small Business Saturday, and plenty of Yuma businesses will be participating. On Nov. 24, “sales, shopping and fun” will be taking place at locally owned shops, according to the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce.
To support the small businesses, the chamber is hosting a selfie contest for a chance to win $50 gift cards at participating locations. Instructions on how to enter will be on the countertop of these small businesses.
The chamber invites residents and visitors to get out and support these participating locations and businesses: Fretworks! Music Center, Q Angle Dangle, Yuma Art Center, Mr. B’s Bicycles, Get Air Trampoline Park, Mary Kay with Lynne Gouge, Arizona Lighting Co., Prison Hill Brewing Company, Taco Shelle, Dandy Home & Ranch, Weld Like a Girl, Professional Property Inspections, Laser Gals, 24 Karat Jewelers, Edible Arrangements, Foothills Mattress, Plaza Paint, Rainforest Florist, Southwest Lumber, The Book Nook, Bobby’s Harley Davidson, Liberty Motorsports and Express Lube.
Small Business Saturday Pop-Up Market on Nov. 24
Arizona Lighting Co. of Yuma, 1152 S. 4th Ave., is hosting a Small Business Saturday Pop-Up Market on Saturday, Nov. 24.
Participating businesses will be giving away gifts, and the first 40 attendees will be getting a VIP bag with lots of goodies.
Participating businesses include Brio Massage, Triple H Nails, Mama Bella Hot Sauce, All The Little Things, Rich and Mo Barbeque and Catering, Brocket Farms, Fuel Fitness, Salud Handmade Leather Goods, Tanilove Creations & Alterations, HSB Woodworks and Sunshine Boutique Agnes & Dora by Tory Valencia.
