On Nov. 30 at the Fortuna De Oro Golf Course, the Mixed Scramble winners were Clara Trapnell, Al Taylor, John Flesch and John Myers with Dave Nicholls, Paul Hamar, Kirk Newhook and Evelyn Bruetzmann in second place. The third-place finishers were Kraig Knutson, Murry Corey, Ione Apling and Sally Ganter. Last Saturday in the Mesa Del Sol Fall Shamble, Evelyn Pribble and Dale Hoch won the combined Women’s and Coed Flight with a gross 72. Barbara Sanders and Shannon Mason won low net with a 64. In the Men’s Flight, Jonathan Kennedy and David Givens won low gross with a 71. Glenn Matthews and Terry Matthews won low net with a 61.

Mesa Del Sol’s next two-person event will be the Santa Claus Scramble on Dec. 22. Players may contact the pro shop for additional informatio­n or entry.

Long time teaching profession­al Bud Wicks has returned from Oregon to teach at the Mesa Del Sol Golf Course. Check in at the pro shop for his clinic schedule or to plan private lessons.

Darla and Willie Peterson teamed with Joan and Wayne Webb to win first place in the gross division of Willies Couples play last Sunday afternoon. The net division winners were Deb and Howie Blakney and Marlene Kesner and Glynn McLaughlen.

On Monday at The Foothills Par 3 Golf Course, the Men’s League gross score winners were David Richelderf­er, Ken Kingston and Gene Reynolds. The net winners were Jeannot Levesque, Paul Moschetti and Dick Seagert. The team winners were Tom Mix, Darryl Dupuis, Al Smith and Tom Cooper.

Sandra Lee was the first flight winner in the Mesa Del Sol Golf Course Odd Holes play on Monday morning, with Deb Peterson in second place. The remaining four flight firs-t and second-place finishers were Connie Donner and Judy Kossey, Ann Weber and Zelina Little, Eunice Hoffman and Pam Brown, and Bev Morgan and Linda Williams.

Sid Behm, Jim Stines, Jeff Van Harstreet and David Holley were the Men’s Club winners at the Fortuna De Oro Golf Course on Tuesday morning. Second place went to the team of Kevin Breutzmann, Pete Shaw, Murry Corey and Edra Parker with Ron Edmundson, Kraig Knutson and Dave Nicholls in third.

The team of Garry Sletten, Art Smith, Wayne Webb and Art Brekkas were the first-place winners in the Can/Am three net best ball play at the Mesa Del Sol Golf Course on Monday morning. Second place went to the team of Leonard Berube, Norm Berube, Sam Boyd and Bill Pearson. Neil Fox won the KP on the eighth hole and Ray Butler won the KP on the 17th hole. The deuce pot winners were Ray Butler, Tony Kossey, Stephen Parrish, Neil Fox, Dennis Jassman, Bill Pearson, Alan Young and Hugh Strain.

On Tuesday at The Par 3 Golf Course, the women’s league gross score winners were Florence Haun, Va Loy Roe and Lois Comeau. The net score winners were, Nancy Johannson, Gail Newton and Pat Gardner. The team winners were Vickie Steelman, Judy Rausch, Denise Shields and Irene Davis.

Sue Janney won the Desert Hills Ladies “Ace of the Month” play on Tuesday morning. Donna Lalonde won first gross in the first flight and Cindy Florez was the second flight gross winner. Lola Stone and Diane Peters were the first and second flight net winners. The KP winners were Cathy Francis, Cindy Florez and Heather Comeau. The honey pot winners were Donna Lalonde, Sue Janney and Diane Comeau.

At the Las Barrancas Golf Course, the Silver League gross winners were Carl Fritz, Larry Garrett and Steve Gartner. The net winners were Jim Kerlee, Jake Derksen and Ron Gapp. The team winners were Ray Morris, Doug Anderson, Gene Reynolds and Dennis Christophe­r.

The eight winners in the “Pinky’s Pick” mixed play at the Mesa Del Sol Golf Course on Wednesday morning were Gerrald Larrabee, Marilyn Cotter, Sandy Blair, Wayne Webb, Sam Samples, Cliff Webber, Steve Parrish and Albert Johnson.

On Wednesday morning at the Fortuna De Oro Golf Course, the mixed couples winners were Harry Viznei, Shirley Viznei, Sid Behm and Donnis Larson. Second place went to the team of Pete Shaw, Dorothy Shaw, Jeff Van Haastreet and Carol Lemley with Larry Smith, Elaine Farris, Paul Hamar and Jo Hamar in third place.

Matt Whittaker teamed with Tom McFarland, Terry Matthews and Dave Henager to win first place in the “Krogman Follies” weekly play on Wednesday morning at the Mesa Del Sol Golf Course. Second place went to the team of Jack Parker, Wayne Gunion, Jerry Olson and Fred Hancewiez. The ninth hole team skin winners were Dave Doherty, Tom Thorpe, Ray Butler and Dennis Powell.

On Wednesday at The Foothills Executive Golf Course, the Men’s League gross score winners were Pat Dallabetta, Ken Sutton and Greg Beatie. The net score winners were Rich Crutchfiel­d, Dennis Wagner and Jim Hartley. The team winners were John Newberry, Buddy Hartley, Ray Morris and Dave Fritz.

At the Las Barrancas Golf Course, the Women’s League gross score winners were Sherry McIver, Dorothy Gartner and Susan Bain. The net score winners were Delphine Rindal, Dawn Diamond and Terry Bennett. The team winners were Barbara Sanders, Pauline Helm, Marilyn Denny and Jen DiBiase.

On Thursday morning at the Fortuna De Oro Golf Course, the Ladies Club low gross score flight winners were Ann Nicholls, Becky Fortie and Wendy Kennedy. The net flight winners were Janice Leniuk and Alice Macht.

On Thursday at the Las Barrancas Golf Course, the Copper League gross score winners were Dave Fritz, Keith Planidin and Darin Hess. The net score winners were Dennis Handel, Steve Gartner and Al Pittman. The team winners were Al Smith, Bob Selle, Dale Constantin­off and Carl Fritz.

On Thursday at The Foothills Executive Golf Course, the Women’s League gross score winners were Susan Clarke, Dona Wagner and Dawn Diamond. The net score winners were Geniel Wilson, Vivian Montpellie­r and Reta Boechler. The team winners were Linda Wilder, Mabel Kampstra, Lorraine Weber and Bev Booth.

At the Las Barrancas Golf Course, hole-in-one congratula­tions are extended to Doris Burtness, also to their own Jack “Attack“Joseph.

Donna Lalonde was the first place gross score winner in the first flight of the Mesa Del Sol Ladies Modified Stableford play on Thursday morning. Jeannie McFarland, Clara Hofsink and Lindy Smith tied for first place in the second flight. Selma Cusick was the first place winner in the net division with Iris Pallas in second place and Mary Kruse in third place. The skin winners were Donna Lalonde, Selma Cusick, Mary Kruse, Shannon Mason, Iris Pallas and Donna Lalonde.
