Yuma County’s Most Wanted
As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Maleik Elijah Morgan – male, 22. Height 6 feet, weight 145 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of marijuana, a Class 6 felony.
• Audrey Miller – female, 45. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 189 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Audie Miller. Tattoos: “Ryan” on the chest. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
• Joey Gilbert Serna – male, 31. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 209 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “K Watson.” skull and bear on the neck; “Serna” and “CA Wingtown” on the back; cross, rose and monopoly on the right arm; feathers on the left leg, and skull and blue rose on the right knee. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of a dangerous drug – methamphetamine, a Class 5 felony.
• Nayeli Cruz Ortiz – female, 24. Height 5 feet 1 inch, weight 160 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: “Naye.” Her probation violation is for the original conviction of solicitation to commit shoplifting, a Class 6 undesignated offense.
