As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Andres Amelio Urias – male, 25. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 300 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Andres Aurelio Urias, Andres Soto. Tattoos: cross and “3P” on the left arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle, a Class 6 felony.
• Martha PlacensiaGarcia – female, 18. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 189 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Alicia Garcia, Martha Alicia Garcia. Tattoos: “Peace Queen” and a crown on the left hand. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted importation of dangerous drugs, a Class 3 felony.
• Raul Merce Jimenez – male, 25. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 136 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Avatar Jimenez. Tattoos: Full body, and snake head on the right arm, “LOBO” on the left forearm and black rosary on the left hand. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
• Andres Covarrubias – male, 23. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 160 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Andres Ortega. Tattoos: “Jacob” on the neck and “Covarrubias” on the left forearm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
