As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Jaime Quinones Medina, 56. Height 5 feet 11 inches, weight 350 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: numerous unknown markings throughout body. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of dangerous drugs involving methamphetamine, a Class 4 felony.
• Lourinda Cantu, 36. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 300 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: “Yellowhair,” Lourinda Sue. Tattoos: footprints on the right forearm, a ribbon on the left hand and medicine wheel on the left shoulder. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
• Maritza Mendez, 24. Height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 100 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Gabriela Mendez Arce, Gabriela Arce, Maritza Sanchez. Tattoos: heart on the right hip. Her probation violation is for the original conviction attempted possession of dangerous drug for sale, a Class 3 felony.
• Stephanie Noel Kobierski, 34. Height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 150 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Stephanie Krueger, Noele Krueger, Noele Kaveer. Tattoos: “Faith and Destiny” on the left forearm, “SD,CA” on the left wrist and “Jesse James” on the back. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony, and theft, a Class 6 felony.
