As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Rita Rachel Aguirre, female, 23. Height 5 feet 1 inch, weight 110 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Lydia Grace Perez, Taz Aguirre. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of dangerous drugs involving methamphetamine, a Class 5 felony.
•Timothy James Aguirre, male, 27. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 135 pounds. Brown hair, black eyes. Tattoos: “Tina” on the left arm, a cross on the back and a Japanese symbol on the neck. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of dangerous drugs, a Class 5 felony.
• Jolanda Nocturna Baxter, female, 35. Height 5 feet 4 inches, weight 137 pounds. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Tattoos: “Jolanda” on the left arm, and “311” on the upper right arm. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of a dangerous drug, a Class 5 felony.
• Marianna Cristel Bohanon, female, 33. Height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 138 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “Mari” on the left arm, “Larry” on the left calf and “I (heart) 2B (heart)’ D” on the left wrist. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted theft of a means of transportation, a Class 4 felony.
