As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Ricardo Rubio, male, 38. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 165 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Ricardo Lara, Ricky Rubio, Javier Rubio, Ricardo Martinez. Tattoos: “Primero” on the left arm, “Familia” and “Destiny” on the right arm. His probation violation is for the original convictions of aggravated domestic violence, a Class 5 felony, and possession of dangerous drugs involving methamphetamine, a Class 4 felony.
• Alondra Hernandez Valdez, female, 22. Height 5 feet 2 inches, weight 157 pounds. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of theft, a Class 3 felony.
• Ivan Alexis Castro, male, 27. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 144 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “Castro” on the back, the number 829 on the chest, “RIP” on the left forearm, and stars on both elbows. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted misconduct involving weapons, a Class 5 felony.
• Martin Pedro Heredia, male, 38. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 130 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Martin Valencia. Tattoos: “SOMA” on the back and “Valencia” on the chest. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of dangerous drugs, a Class 4 felony.
