As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Gary Tennyson, male,
39. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 218 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: numerous including, Warren Tennysin, Warren Tennyson, Richard Warr Tennyson and Gary Tenard. Tattoos: unknown markings on the chest, an angel with wings, “COLISTA” and “BLUE HEART” on the right arm, and a marijuana arm band, pit bull and clown faces on the left arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted aggravated as
sault, a Class 4 felony.
• Justine Michele Jackson, female, 35. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 225 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of the possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony.
• Alejandro Varela, male, 32. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 190 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “Mob” on the right wrist, “Las Vegas Nevada,” and “Alicia” on the chest, and “Can’t Stop” on the right forearm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted burglary in the third degree, a Class 5 felony.
• Daniel Velasquez, male, 30. Height 5 feet 11 inches, weight 147 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Daniel Albert Velasquez. Tattoos: fallen symbol “F” on the left arm, and a bike with handleaars and “life behind bars” on the right arm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of a dangerous drug, a Class 4 felony.
