Cars should move at full beam on highways

Dear Editor,

RTSA should start educating motorists with small vehicles on to switch on lights during day time while on highways. It helps to reduce accidents especially with vehicles with dull colors. I have seen black/grey vehicles on high speed without lights. Please assist us put on lights during the day. In Namibia they do it and cars move at full beam on highways. Please ba RTSA get this free advice.
