Shut up, Kambwili told

CHISHIMBA Kambwili should shut up because his corruption allegations against Government are false and only meant to restore his lost political status, says Rainbow Party Luapula Province chairman, Reverend Bernard Chiwele.

And the Rainbow Party in Luapula has suspended its provincial youth chairman, Vincent Chileshe for gross misconduct.

In an interview with the Daily Nation yesterday, Rev Chiwele said Mr Kambwili should accept the reality that his time in government was up.

“Insulting President Edgar Lungu will not restore Comrade Kambwili’s status in Government or PF party. It’s all gone,” said Rev Chiwele, who is also a PF founder member.

He urged the Zambian people to ignore Mr Kambwili’s unsubstantiated claims of corruption.

Comrade Kambwili has totally lost it. He is surviving on lies. Lies in the morning, lies in the afternoon, lies in the evening. Who does that?” he asked.

Rev Chiwele said Mr Kambwili and his friend Mwenye Musenge were using outdated approach to solicit public sympathy.

The Zambian people want leaders who can stand up and challenge those in authority with facts and tangible evidence not lies,” said Rev Chiwele.

And Rev Chiwele announced that Rainbow Party in Luapula had resolved to suspend Mr Chileshe for gross misconduct.
