Plot crazy cadres irk residents

There is a bunch of cadres in Chakunkula ward 32 who are crazy about plots. Their boss also very greedy and bad. Uyu munthu, munthu wo yioa maningi.

He has sold more than a 100 plots alone, starting with Obama, Chelstone/ Chris Mall, Madimba (chelstone sewer ponds) and even crossed into Chongwe, Silver rest area. On some farm he collected a lot of money from many people as application fee for the plots. He was convicted of criminal trespass. He has even built a lodge and a mansion from the illegal sale of plots. All the PF at ward constituency. District and province know all about this, including the area councilor.

This chap sold shop plots along district road near Chris mall and now wants to displace the people trading on the land opposite the Kamanga Catholic church.

My friends and I applied for plots in roads camp, Chelstone to the council through the ward about three years ago.
