DR GUY SCOTT IS NOT A POLITICAL FACTOR
Dear Editor,
TO PROVE a point as a student of late President Michael Sata, former republican Vice President Guy Scott has been jumping from one party to another like a grasshopper probably to kill the Sata legacy.
His ulterior motive is to make Zambians feel the pain of voting for President Edgar Lungu.
Why does he hate Edgar? Because he is President of this country against Scott's will, and also because President Lungu has vehemently refused to succumb to external pressure to accept homosexuality in Zambia.
Dr Scott has built himself a poor character, yes like many politicians, he has to pay bills for Fred M’Membe or get exposed for the atrocities he committed during the time he acted as President.
He is ready to cause discontent in Zambia by issuing unfounded allegations against the performing PF government.
What is funny is that the man fears M’Membe’s dossier against him when the government has a thicker one.
Even me who is not in government knows what wrongs Scott did in Mkushi farm block, and today the same man and Mr Chishimba Kambwili want to pretend to be clean.
It is even correct to say that Dr Scott is worse than Ian smith, the former colonial leader of Zimbabwe.
Scott has taken Zambians for granted and wants the same people who have given him shelter and pay for his living through taxes to suffer.
The chap (Scott) has no moral values because how does he team up with selfish politicians who have built themselves empires when the majority Zambians live in poverty and go on to denounce a man that is working for the people?
Edgar Lungu has his own weaknesses but he loves his people.
If there was a way, he would have loved to live with all of us under his household.
It is understood that as a responsible government, they would not want to sink too low to the level of a nincompoop Kambwili but it is however imperative that the government of Edgar Lungu starts publishing Kambwili’s dossier because not doing so gives credence to Kambwili's rantings.
The coming together of Kambwili and Dr Guy Scott is to try and weaken PF to give Hakainde Hichilema an advantage so that they can come and loot the Treasury and take their money to offshore accounts.
They forget one thing that God will not allow them to lead his people.
The Zambian people should not be cheated that the regrouped cartel can look after them because they are still as bad as they were during Michael Sata's reign. PF secretariat must get to work, honeymoon is over. Let them be proactive rather than being reactive.
To Zambians who are shortsighted, Kambwili appears to be making sense because the PF and the government are, sadly, always on the defensive.
They have the personnel, let them work. In conclusion, I pray for peace in Zimbabwe.
