I miss PF Miles Sampa

-

By ROGERS KALERO FORMER Patriotic Front Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa has said he has been missing the PF and was happy to see a huge crowd that turned up at Buchi Hall in Kitwe during a meeting held by party secretary-general Davis Mwila. And former Rainbow Party chairman for elections Victor Kalesha, who led defectors to the PF, said they were back to the ruling party to add value and support President Edgar Lungu in nation building.

Speaking at the weekend when the PF received more than 500 defectors at Buchi Hall in Kitwe, Mr Sampa said he had decided to accompany Mr Mwila to see how PF was doing on the Copperbelt after media reports that PF was finished there.

Mr Sampa said he was happy to see that, apart from a huge turn out at Buchi Hall, there was the usual enthusiasm that characterised the PF members on the Copperbelt.

"I decided to come with Mr Mwila here on the Copperbelt because I was hearing some people in the media saying PF was finished, but from what I have seen, I don't think PF is finished. Let us work together in unity to take PF to greater heights.

"Let us jealously guard PF and President Edgar Lungu. Ala Nda mifuluka meaning Ireally miss you," Mr Sampa said.

Meanwhile, Mr Kalesha, who led defectors to the PF, said they were back to the ruling party to add value and support President Edgar Lungu in nation building.

Mr Kalesha said he was grateful to the party for having welcomed him and other defectors saying they made a decision to come back to PF because they had realised that they have a country to develop.
