The Central province permanent secretary said this during the disbursement of the funds at Kapalala Market in Ndola in the company of Copperbelt provincial minister Bowman Lusambo and other senior Government officials in the district.
And Mr Lusambo has reassured the affected traders that they would all be accommodated at the new modern structure to be constructed by the Government.
Over K18 million worth of goods and stalls were destroyed in the inferno affecting about 1,000 traders.
There were celebrations with ululation as the Minister and the Initiative patron entered the market place to interact with traders on a one on one basis with an aim of finding out their challenges and how the registration process for presidential fund beneficiaries was being conducted.
About 300 traders have been identified as beneficiaries of the lifeline aimed at helping them rise from the ashes of the burnt Kapalala market.
