HH IS A DICTATOR - KABIMBA …He lacks civility
HAKAINDE Hichilema, the UPND president is a dictator and lacks civility, Rainbow Party general secretary Wynter Kabimba has charged.
Mr Kabimba reiterated that the UPND leader, could not bring him down because he was too small for the Rainbow Party chief.
He was reacting to Mr Hichilema’s statement during a radio programme that Mr Kabimba talks nonsense.
Mr Kabimba said that Mr Hichilema had been calling his friends dictators when he himself was the number one dictator.
He said during an interview on Pan African Radio that Mr Hichilema lacked civility and the capacity to debate because his mouth was full of insults and unpalatable language.
Mr Kabimba wondered how a person vying for the highest office in the nation would insult all public institutions without regard.
He pointed out that the UPND leader had been insulting the police, the judiciary and other public institutions with impunity.
The Rainbow chief said that he was extremely disappointed with Mr Hichilema’s lack of civility and behaviour not befitting a leader.
“Our colleagues in the UPND lack the capacity to debate. They are frightening citizens out there if they don’t know. They have insulted everybody, they have insulted the police, the judiciary, government and scholars. I am really disappointed with Mr Hakainde, his language lacks civility of a leader.
Mr Kabimba said that it was real dictatorship for Mr Hichilema to insinuate that the opposition UPND was always right and other views a total misplacement. He said that the UPND only had the capacity to insult, a behaviour that was not befitting of people seeking public office.
Mr Kabimba reiterated that the levels of anger being exhibited by Mr Hichilema were worrisome and making his party unpopular.
Meanwhile, Mr Kabimba announced that he had retired from legal practice to enjoy time with his family.
