PROF GAMBARI AND HIS LOCAL PARTNERS MUST BE ABASHED

-

Dear Editor,

FOR the first time in the history of Zambia, I have felt embarrassed to be a Zambian.

Can you imagine for once, that a foreigner by the name of Professor Ibrahim Gambari can come all the way from Nigerian to school us on the need to maintain peace?

Who does not know that Gambari is working with discredited elements in our country, as a broker to sell our territory on behalf of the UPND to the highest bidder?

The government of President Edgar Lungu should not pretend to be ignorant of the Commonwealth machinations to place Zambia into the category of other unstable regimes in the region.

If Zambian people don't know, it was HH's friend former Nigerian president Olusegun Obasanjo who recommended Gambari to Ms Scotland of Commonwealth to be the best guy to damage to our beautiful stable land.

The government cannot tell me that our competent intelligence officers have not made this known to President Edgar Lungu.

If what Amos Chanda is something to go by, that President Edgar Lungu is eager for cross cut reforms, why can't he just come up with other avenues of consultation with prominent Zambians who can handle any reforms of any magnitude to come up with recommendations and make necessary changes instead of using enemies of progress?

Gambari looks cunning and can eventually dribble everyone and succeed to impress his pay masters.

The sad thing will be to be beaten by cheap and petty pick pockets all crying to bring peace to Zambia.

If President Edgar Lungu is not serious about protecting our country anymore, he should simply say so.

There is no way he can allow HH to write the rules of the game using unscrupulous African scholars.

He can't tell us that he doesn't believe in our own scholars like Dr Alex Ng'ona of the University of Zambia to help in dialogue if there is need.

The idea of Professor Gambari is to attract international media during the dialogue to report negatively on our nation.

The international media are schemed to work with some local journalists by only getting views of enemies of the PF government to reverse the progress that we have recorded as a people.

The enemies of the PF government are not happy that all macroeconomic indicators are moving in the right direction.

They want Zambia to be like Nigeria which recorded almost zero growth in 2017.

We should not allow this nonsense to go on with impunity. Let us wake-up and defend our sovereignty.

Professor Ibrahim Gambari must be abashed. If everyone including President Lungu is afraid of Gambari, I'm ready to take him on.

Prof Gambari together with his fellow Nigerian Obasanjo, have hot Boko Haram and Biafra issues which badly need the attention of the Commonwealth. Enock Kapitolo Chulu Lusaka
