Write off water bills

The MD for Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company Mr. Kampata should simply declare the water shortage situation in the whole Lusaka (except State House) instead of itemizing areas. Mtendere residents are forever in water blues. By the way, stop delivering water bills. How about the 6 months write off on all bills in Mtendere? Mabvuto MK
