‘Why is Mulongoti roaming the streets?’

-

He appealed to the Inspector General of Police, Kanganja Kakoma to direct the immediate arrest of people demeaning the President that he was not Zambian.

Dr Mumba said that he was dismayed that Mr Mulongoti had not been picked up despite him reporting him to the Police.

“I had reported Mr Mulongoti to the Police, but I am dismayed that up to now no arrest has been instituted. He deserves to be arrested together with all those questioning the President’s nationality.

Meanwhile, Dr Mumba said that allegations that President Lungu was not a Zambian, were just another scheme by his enemies to distract him and Government.

He singled out the UPND leader, Mr Hakainde Hichilema, National Democratic Congress Party consultant Chishimba Kambwili, Mr Mulongoti and Senior Chief Mukuni of the Toka-Leya people as perceived enemies of President Lungu.

He said the “enemies have all ganged-up against the President and were on a mission to distract the President and his Government from delivering to the people of Zambia. “HH, Kambwili, Mulongoti, Senior Chief Mukuni and all against President Lungu are working together. They have tried all sorts of schemes and all of them have not worked in their favour, including the impeachment, now they have launched a campaign saying President Lungu is not Zambian.

“All these people feel intimidated by President Lungu, because he’s loved by the people of Zambia, so they are trying everything possible to distract him and paint him bad so that people start seeing him as a bad leader, but that will not happen. President Lungu was ordained by God and nobody can harm him,” Dr Mumba said.

He has since appealed to President Lungu not to pay attention to what his enemies were saying and concentrate on serving the Zambian people who voted for him.

“The President should ignore these distractors, because they are not even worth his time. He should pay attention to the people of Zambia, those are the people who needs his time,” Dr Mumba said.
