KWACHA Member of Parliament Joseph Malanji has given K100,000 to marketeers at Ipusukilo market in Kitwe to be used as an empowerment revolving fund.

He said National Marketters Association of Zambia (NATMAZ ) would be in charge of the revolving funds to marketeers and collection of the funds weekly.

"You will start lending 200 people K500 each and every week they will be paying back so that more people are empowered.

“If every month 48 people are empowered everyone will benefit and the number beneficiaries will increase as the funds being paid back increases too. And if you work well with this money, I will come and add more funds" he said.

Mr Malanji who is Minister of foreign affairs also said he was in Kitwe to extend the ‘keep Zambia clean green and health campaign’ to the Copperbelt .
